Our JeOS kiwi files used to have a wildcard rule to include mmc drivers. Personally I add the respective module(s) to my /etc/sysconfig/kernel. The same issue as for MMC exists for AHCI (INITRD_MODULES="ahci_sunxi"). Thanks for the update on dracut. Right...
